- If you wish to change your reservation please call us at the number above. Call us by 12:00 PM, at least 24 hours prior to arrival or you may be charged for one night stay. You must obtain a cancellation or change number via email or by telephone from our representative.
- Should you require an early check-in, please make your request as soon as possible.
- Rate quoted is the Customer Rate which includes access fees. The total charge includes all property room charges and taxes, and hotel fees for access and booking.

In-room conveniences
E-Red Hotel Seberang Jaya are equipped with air conditioning for your convenience. In-room entertainment such as cable TV, is provided for guests in select rooms. The hotel also offers a coffee or tea maker, bottled water and mini bar in some rooms for when you feel like it is needed.
It’s good to know that a hair dryer and toiletries are provided in some guest bathrooms.
We envisioned E-Red Hotel to be a place for “a home away from home” cosy experience for our guests.
