  1. If you wish to change your reservation please call us at the number above. Call us by 12:00 PM, at least 24 hours prior to arrival or you may be charged for one night stay. You must obtain a cancellation or change number via email or by telephone from our representative.

  2. Should you require an early check-in, please make your request as soon as possible.

  3. Rate quoted is the Customer Rate which includes access fees. The total charge includes all property room charges and taxes, and hotel fees for access and booking.

  4. Smoking and bedding preferences are not guaranteed. Any incidental charges such as phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the hotel front-desk office.

  5. Our hotel is not acting as agent for Car Rental Companies, Tour Companies, and other travel related entities. Our disclaims liability for any actions or omissions of these entities.

Guests are guaranteed a comfortable stay while at E-Red Hotel Alma Cosmo. To enhance your stay, some rooms at the hotel come with air conditioning. The hotel’s in-room entertainment is second to none, with television and cable TV provided to guests in select rooms. You may be assured to know that bottled water, a coffee or tea maker and mini bar are available in some select rooms.
You can stay fresh and clean with a hair dryer and toiletries provided in some of the guest bathrooms.
