E-Red Hotel was conceptualized with a very simple philosophical idea in meeting the needs of our guests for a value-for-money hotel for business and leisure stay in Malaysia.

Our business philosophy is to provide for a value-for-money but with a well-defined classy accommodation and friendly services to our clientele. We hold dearly to this simple philosophy of fulfilling our guests’ need for a “Clean, Comfortable, and Classy resting place” as our benchmark and quality assurance. In short, we give our best to our guests, as to what we would have given to ourselves and expect the best from the hospitality industry. Our service above self speaks through our exemplary and friendly service crews starting from our Doorman to our Receptionist, Staffs, and Customers’ Service Manager and even from our friendly housekeeping ladies.

We envisioned E-Red Hotel to be a place for “a home away from home” cosy experience for our guests. We took great efforts to look into every little detail with care, to ensure that all our guests will have a very pleasant and comfortable stay with us.

For this, we have invested in our very own laundry services to ensure that all bed linens, blankets, bath and even the hand towels are exclusively and professionally cleaned and laundered. All our rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art LCD televisions and in-house entertainments. Wi-Fi is available on all floors and this service is freely accessible to all our guests.

Behind the scene, we employ hi-tech Exhaust Systems and Air-Ionizers to ensure that all our rooms are well ventilated, cleaned, and odour-free for each new visit and stay by our guests. We appreciate that our guests value these little, but refined and exquisite modern lifestyle’s amenities and services as mentioned, and many more that are not listed here that make their stay with us more comfortable and pleasant.
